At Veerma, each piece is made with care and attention to detail. To maintain quality and hygiene standards, we follow a strict but fair returns and exchange policy.

Returns

We do not offer refunds once an order has been placed and delivered. All purchases made on our website are non-refundable.

Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted only under the following circumstances:

• Size-related issues

• Damaged or defective products received

To be eligible for an exchange, requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

Exchange Conditions

• The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition

• Original tags and packaging must be intact

• Exchange is subject to product availability

• Only one exchange request is allowed per order

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

• Share clear photos or a short video of the product for verification

Once verified, we will arrange an exchange at the earliest.

Shipping for Exchanges

• Shipping charges are calculated based on location

• In case of verified damage or defect, return shipping will be arranged by us

• For size exchanges, shipping charges may apply

Important Notes

• Items purchased during sale or promotional offers are not eligible for exchange

• Slight variations in color due to screen resolution or lighting are not considered defects

• Orders once confirmed cannot be cancelled
